Refund policy
The customer may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods in writing, by e-mail or by returning the goods.
In the event of withdrawal, a full or partial refund of the purchase price shall only take place concurrently with the return of the goods received from the purchaser.
The costs and risks of the return shipment shall be borne by the buyer.
The goods must be returned to WilldMe OG in unused and resalable condition in their original packaging. If items show signs of use or if the packaging is damaged or if the goods are returned freight collect, WilldMe OG shall retain a reasonable fee for the reduction in value or the costs incurred.
